Academic activities at MCT group of Institutions are focused on teaching basic fundaments in each branch of science. Management has created good infrastructure and laboratories in all branches. MCT Group has appointed well trained enthusiastic team of faculty for implementing academic program to make all the technical students passing out are practically sound with exposure to the present work practices to be done in Industry. All round technical ability development of the students is the main concern in each branch from the day one he joins the course.
Quality educational program has been developed in each of the Institutes under highly qualified academic and Industry personnel as Board Members to guide the teachers in formulating activities to give importance in developing Technical Skills in each student Teachers from each field have been well trained to provide basic support to each students to make learning more happier and comfortable by providing study Material, question Bank, Library facility and Industry exposure visit etc Institutions have started creating good facility by developing Laboratories by associating with Top Industries to provide best equipment to conduct basic practicals . At the same time team of teachers from each branch are associated with Top corporate Industries in India to give exposureof science.
Depending on the quality of the students management has developed Mentoring concept to give individual attention to the student during entire span of the course curriculum. Keeping in view Technical skills and ability required in different sector of the science profession more stress is given to develop Multi Tasking abilities in all the students . Group has developed and identifying team of teachers for each segment Viz , Sports, culture , academic , Industry and Industry exposure visit.
Science graduates need to be job ready at the end of their studies.
Following aspects have been taken care in academic activities to achieve above goal
- Expand the scope of our science curriculum and simultaneously bring it in alignment with international education standards
- Introduce integrative instructional strategies to enable teachers to cover the new expanded curriculum within education term
- Adopt new techniques of learning assessment to measure and report the additional learning
- Utilize various learning technologies to support and sustain the above three additions efficiently
- Gather industry needs in a regular systematic manner: design internships and modify curriculum after due deliberation among academicians
- Rigorous coaching and continuous evaluation of the each student
- Academic Rigor advisory counseling to monitor each student
- Participation of the Industry to give Technical input in the form of IDP/UDP Evaluation and Guidance by Senior Technical personnel
- Value added certification program in each Department by Microsoft, Sandvik, Intertek, GEDA and many more.
- Students chapter like SAE India and ISTE.
